Recruiter said they're working on an offer, but "it's against company policy to specify the grade at hiring". Should I expect him to tell me the grade when he comes back with the numbers? It sounds like BS to only be able to find out the grade after joining. YoE: 12 TC: 417k
Did you mistype your TC?
Levels are not transparent at Apple
You know your level after you join but recruiters are not bound to let you know your level while giving the offer (some recruiters tell the level, others don’t). If they have to offer you anywhere close to your current TC, they have to offer you at least ICT5 level.
Thanks for the clarification.
Who cares about grade if TC is good? Legit question btw I’m in startupville so idk importance of grade
When rsu is involved in a publically traded company, the higher your grade will generally result in more RSU reward. It’s a tiered system.
^ok that’s a nonanswer / low IQ answer. RSUs are included in TC dum dum
Dude are you a G11+ at Intel?.
Lol. At your TC. Run away! I’m going to give you a guess at 170/300/50
