Being rejected after onsite at apple austin, will apple bay area even consider my resume for current open roles? Or is there a specific cooling period even between different sites? HW design, 13 yoe @apple

Should be fine. I interviewed with multiple teams and did not have any negative or positive feedback as they all were totally different organizations.
