And is it guaranteeed that i will get the cash bonus (which is different from rsu refresh). Also usually for meets expectations kind of feedback, whats the stock refresh?
You're moving to Apple for less than a 10% bump.. I wouldn't move for anything less than 25%.

Did u negotiate? Rsus for ict4 is less 50k refreshes are 50 percentile but that depends from org to org, that’s what my recruiter told me
The recruiter is playing very hard in negotiation. He is making it feel like a take it or leave it scenario.
My recruiter tells me that there is a definite 10% cash bonus every year. And there are refreshers in stocks every 6 months . Is this correct ?
Every year, but they vest every 6 months, over 4year period. So you get 12.5% every 6 months. Refresh can be 0% to ~100% of your base. Some team are more “winner take all”, in this case you better be the high performer.
@babar thanks for the info. I also wanted to know about the cash bonus component. Is it true that in most of the cases apple gives atleast 10% cash bonus every year. This is other than the RSU refresh?
Do u have competing offers? If so u should be able to push for higher signing bonus and more RSUs. For the refreshers, u can expect around 125k+ refresh yearly, which stacks pretty quickly. Apple is almost similar to Facebook when it comes to RSU refresh. Even if this is the final offer, I’d recommend taking it because of the significantly higher base and the good refreshers, plus Apple stock has been doing fairly well.
Which org are you at that gets 125k+ refresh and what grade level?

Got the same experience and had the same offered RSU and joining bonus, but 180k base, so IMO it's a fair offer.
Is there a cash bonus component at apple that one gets ? (Other than the RSU refresh?) is it guaranteed every year, and if yes whats the percentage usually ?
Cash bonus is not part of your offer letter at Apple unlike at other FAANG. So in that way it’s not “guaranteed”. Having said that, I have been getting ~15% for the last few years and also expect something similar this year. I’m NOT average performer though.
