I had an onsite interview that i think went well for a Product Manager role. How long does it usually take for them to get back with a decision? Its been 3 days already and I checked Apples’s career website and the job posting is not there anymore. Is that a good or bad thing?
Ok thanks. What about me not hearing back from the recruiter yet? How long does it usually take? Sometimes I just don’t understand why it takes so many days for them to get back especially after an on-site interview
I've been waiting for three and a half weeks. Recruiter contacted me at the end of week one to touch base though, and I'm excited for the role but not in a hurry if it nets me a better offer. Non pmo role. Imo don't ask for an update untill a week, and then reach out email? Online stuff says don't be a pest, but don't appear disinterested
Why do you think it’s taking them so long?
It’s literally been 3 days. R-E-L-A-X.
What did the recruiter say when she touched based with you?

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Let’s assume the decision is in your favor. But as a hiring manager I’d still keep looking for candidates because just because I offer you a job doesn’t mean you will join.
Generally, what does it mean when they have removed the job posting?
Fixed timeframe for the job posting. Automatically removed after 90 days of posting or something like that.
