Apple operations tc
evaluatinng current tc: base: 130 bonus: 20 RSU’s: 100 over 4 years ict3 level. have 2 years of previous experience in a certain borderline crazy guy’s car company. org is operations. how does this compare?

I dunno how operations gets paid but Apple does pay humengous for Tech roles, you are almost cut half of that

Are you an MBA or Master in x? If not, that TC is ok.If yes, then ask for more bonus, rsu.
Base is less and so is RSU
