is the refresher based on ur base salary or ur initial rsu? or is it given based on perf only? i.e is it better to max on base than rsu on the initial offer?
Based on level only. Year doesn’t matter. Max out base if both not possible

I heard that it is possible at apple to give, e.g., 300k RSU refresher to only one person and the remaining 3 people get nothing. At Nvidia, it will be almost impossible and the maximum will be 100k and minimum will be 50k for such cases.
