Yup. I was told refreshers are pretty rare in IS&T
If they’re rare in a team, in generally implies that smaller group of employees are getting significant amounts.
I heard the opposite. Anyone in IS&T can confirm?
I am in IS&T but not in Bay Area, the most I got in refreshers was around 2k-6k an year. I do know a couple folks from my team got 40-65k when they got promoted etc but they are in Bay Area. Don’t join IS&T and that too remote sites.
Thats too low. I heard its low but not that ridiculously low. I am yet to complete my first year in Apple (bay area) but for a top performer i was told it would be close to 100% of base. But on an average it is like 40-50k over 4 years of refreshers.
I wouldn’t necessarily say this determined at an org level — more at higher level team level (CIO-1 or -2). Some tend to favor giving majority to few and others spread more across. But I’d say high performers (10% of the folks?) would get 100%+ of base.
