I hate it every time I see this question. Apple is like 500 different internal companies because every team of it has different interview process and they are vastly different in general. So generalizing Apple is nothing short of stupidity.
Amazon has pretty standard interview process, but that's one of the only things that's standard about Amazon (along with 14 LP, etc.). Yiur mileage will vary greatly depends on your team...so generalizing Amazon is nothing short of stupidity as well 😂🤣🤣
There is some truth in reputation. My general experience with Amazon, first and second hand, has been disheartening.
Well, I will still argue generalized apple > generalized amazon
Been at both. Amazon is extremely frugal in everything. Not comparable to Apple at all. I'm so happy I left Amazon. Also lots of horrible managers at Amazon make it a really toxic environment to work.
