Isn’t this Andrew Ng’s wife’s company
Yes, I think it is
Hope it's not powered by Apple maps, might end up in a lake
It’s an acqhire
What up Windows Phone of Cars.
No wonder everyone at drive.ai is leaving.
They might not have bought it for AV but for different markets where the underlying tech can be used like AR/VR or robotics. If they have some useful IP it sounds like a bargain for Apple to get something already developed for less than it cost them to develop. Isn't this the first AV company to go belly-up ? I wonder if it's the start of bubble bursting for these vaporware companies.
Any patent they can squat for lawsuits later?
