Application for Airbnb and Pinterest

Hi, I'm a student at a good University in California. I interned at Google this summer and have worked for 4 years at Microsoft before. I'm looking for full time opportunities now since I'm graduating in December. I applied to Airbnb (referral) and Pinterest (online) and would really like to talk to some teams there, but I've not been hearing back. Could someone please help me connect with a team there or give any tips on what I could do?
