You’d need a business entity for applying for “business” cards. And you can’t have a company on your name while on H1b. So, you can’t.
Wrong. Anyone can own a U.S business. You simply can’t be an employee of it.
You can do that on your wife's name if she has EAD 😉
Yes.
An example of such good offer please?
People in this thread be trippin. You can def apply for biz cards, just put ur name as biz, SSN as tax ID and say ur sole proprietor
Yup you can apply as a sole proprietorship. But your tax returns get complex.
They only get complex if you actually had business activity :) I suspect OP just wants the card for the signup points.
Still you have to disclose that you have a sole proprietorship. USCIS will question about that when you file for your green card.
Business credit cards are for business owners.
And you can totally own a US business when on an H-1B (you just can’t work for it).
