relocating to Seattle and need some apt recommendation near downtown Seattle (within 15min walking distance from Amazon) I’m looking for a 1bd apt <2.5K. any suggestions? Prefer a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to cafe/restaurants I’ve come across the following apts online, but not sure if they are within my budget and in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Any apt I should add or remove? Mckenzie, Via 6, Met Tower, Stratus, Aspira, Orion, Insignia, Verve, Dimension, the Olivian, AMLI
You’d probably like the south part of South Lake Union (around the Whole Foods at Denny & Westlake) I don’t have any specific recommendations there but your budget should be easy to work with around there
With 2.5k you will find nicest apartments.
That's a big budget.. I was able to find a 2 bedroom in a good apartment complex in Slu.. So for 2.5k for one bedroom, you can look at those nice luxury apartments
Neptune dexter avenue , 1700 for a nice 1 bedroom apt .
That apartment is complete shit as mentioned by some of my friends. There are few closeby to it, union slu, true north, juxt etx
The century is awesome, it's right next to space Needle. The apartment is morden and well managed
I would suggest you explore Capitol Hill and Queen Anne areas.
Tower801. One of the best places I lived. I had two balconies with rainier view from living room and bedroom. It was 1750 for 1br
I was very happy with AMLI as a management company. They have many properties around Seattle.
How is amli slu? Google gives some terrible safety reviews.. I'm relocating from Texas, and have always lived in amli properties. However none of them have reviews like amli slu
They had some issues with break in’s in the garage and package room. I’m not sure how much of that is AMLI specific vs the neighborhood. Other than that I’m not aware of any safety issues.
What did you end up deciding on OP?
Belltown, First hill, SLU, capital hill. Amazon is all over downtown, all these areas have good bus connections too.
