Currently a PM at a well-known post-IPO company and finding both the work and the hours the work demands less than ideal. I'm interested in moving up a level with a company change, and improving my WLB while still keeping remote-first.
I've been considering Twitter lately, but the loss of Jack Dorsey (maybe a good thing?), the recent news about Elon joining the board (maybe just a meme?), and the stagnation of their stock and their overall product have me somewhat concerned.
If my priority is on WLB first and compensation second, are the negatives of boring work and possible continued downward stock trajectory going to be manageable?
Any Twitter PMs here able to comment on daily life, best/worst teams, WLB, compensation, benefits, and recent changes internally as a result of leadership movement?
