What kind of services exist for going from mid tier to high tier
There are lots of epic bootcamps that are great for going from 80k to 200k very quickly.
What services exist for taking a more middle of the pack career to the next level in terms of technical skills and soft skills
I see more than a few yahoos coming in externally as managers with crazy 700k offers. Similarly to the lower divisions, tech companies often undervalues training and promoting of internal talent and overvalues external talent.
Similarly to how someone just getting started can crush out the LC to add 100-200k to their salary, what are the further ways to game the system if you’ve already done the LC and initial salary bump? For several years now, i’ve watched external candidates that are less qualified than me or similarly qualified as me take positions i’ve wanted, already done work for, and expressed explicit interest in. (One difference is they have had a PhD, and I do not). Time to get a new strategy! Asking for advice!
