I have worked as admin related jobs over 7 yrs. Tbh there’s only one motivation for doing this job was all about money and kind of wlb, but my wlb has been messed up because of workaholic boss…
Literally I have worked for living as an admin. But i found this job never fulfills any of my life: it just helps me afford for living which has nothing to do with prosperity.
I have tried hard to find any of meaning for this job. But it didn’t work at all and I am about to quit forever.
Have you ever had a grateful moment that you have achieved? Are you happy for your work?

I did an impromptu survey on this app and five people answered. The question was a multiple choice and of the five people all five said that they fell into being an admin they never wanted it to be an admin .
I've always wanted to be an admin since I was a little girl and so I find a lot of joy in doing this work. No matter what industry I'm in and no matter what my pay is.
If you don't want to be an admin then don't. Open that job up for somebody like me who wants to get better pay and actually love this career.
Check out the book What color is my parachute If you have it already. Hopefully that'll help you figure out what you want to do in your career. It's available on Amazon.
