Looking for suggestions for areas to live (rent) around apple Cupertino campus (I’m not sure which building yet) Targeting either 1b1b or decent studio, I know apple has shuttles from some areas to their campus but I don’t know the routes yet Also what’s a reasonable rent budget for the area ? Blind tax 280, base 180
Rents around Apples Cupertino park will be really expensive. It will be def a lot more than the bay area norm. Cupertino is known for the good school district and housing has been way up there~~~~
Any suggestions on surrounding area that might be easier ? anything 30 -40 drive I can also live with since that’s what I’m used to now … I don’t really care about schools in area since it’s just me
Campbell / San Jose area might be cheaper (aka the farther away you get from Cupertino). Heads up tho San Jose boundaries is a weird ass shape so it also depends where in San Jose Santa Clara and Sunnyvale tend to be cheaper than Cupertino itself but are also going up

Are you looking for specific information about the area that you can’t find on websites like Zillow? Personally I’d try to be close to Apple Park - makes going to the gym there really nice and convenient, and you can take a shuttle to any other apple building If you like Asian food, I’d try to be on the west side of Apple Park as that plaza has a bunch of boba/food options as well as ranch 99 Also Rent is gonna suck no matter what in this area.
Thanks for your insight! I have been looking at Zillow and Trulia.. mainly looking things I should consider that I might be missing since I’m moving there in couple of months and never been to the Bay Area
Can employee’s spouse go in to the gym as well?
