source from linkedin.com jobs so sad.... A computer network company, a silicon valley based company. I believe the CEO needed H1B sponsorship at some point of her life some years ago..... #h1b #workvisa
She’s a us citizen
What?

Come on guys. Said to you Arista is gonna suck.
Is it true that they've stopped H1B sponsorships?
Don’t know. I have quitted Arista.
Would they now pay more for people who don't need sponsorship? 🤔
Generally companies lowball on those who needs sponsorship
Not true. Sponsorship or not doesn’t matter. H1Bs are some of the highest paid in the bay.
Since she was born in London UK, her GC process would have been painless - 6 months with or without H1 ! Nevertheless sometimes a role can be restricted , many roles in Amazon is just for GC or Citizens and it makes sense !! P.S: Don’t cry , move on to next role !!
Because H1 is not worth it after what has been done to it? It is not the first company I hear doing this. There were also many news recently “Canadian tech scene is on a sharp rise”, also for the same reason. US companies have to build offices outside US, causing money to run outside of US economy.
Not really, Arista is still filing H1-B and transfer
So? Cost/clearance are a concern.
