What does compensation growth look like for a new grad at Asana? I'm trying to decide whether to accept my new grad offer, and I like the company a lot but a bit worried about the whole "no levels" thing. They're promising their equity will grow a lot which is great if it happens, but at typical SV companies I could look to become an E5 in 4-5 years, making 350k TC with equity refreshers. Can I expect similar growth at Asana or would I have to job hop after 2 years?
