Expecting a new grad offer soon, how is the culture and do you think itโ€™s a good company for a new grad? Also interviewing with Google, Coinbase and Microsoft.

    Stock may be overvalued - good team, good culture, people are happy, tech is interesting but very product focused

      I think Amazon is just making jokes about how good the stock has been lately. You canโ€™t have an โ€œall stock offerโ€ - thatโ€™s not a thing and especially not for someone at a relatively junior level.

    Heard it's nice for new grads, but not for more senior people. It's very cliquey and group-minded. You have to be able to pander to the right butts to move up. Old school management there has a lot of power so you have to make sure you're with the right groups. Stock is doing well so they're acting very snobby now LOL.
