I can only speak for the SF office but I know some of the managers over in NYC. Given the difference in office/location all I’ll say is Asana practices what they preach. Everything you read in their blogs about work life balance, perks, etc is true. They delivered 100% on everything we discussed during my interview process. For this reason I’d say just talk to the recruiter

  No. They wanted me to interview as a new grad so I passed. A coworker went there for Product Design and was offered 180k base. Hopefully that’s a somewhat helpful proxy
