I spoke to an Asana recruiter last month, and she said once offices reopen (TBD) they will expect all employees to come into office 5 days a week.

  For a few months, the guidance has been 1 day a week WFH (which isn’t great anyway), but now it’ll be two whenever offices reopen

WFH till Feb 2022 and 3 days a week in office after that! WFH is gonna be Wednesdays and Fridays. From what i understand, you won’t get to pick any two days in a week to WFH.

Why is Asana mandating return to office? Isn’t the rigid focus on return to office a bit interesting given the company’s product literally is trying to make remote work easier? 🤣. I really don’t understand.

I have also pulled my candidacy after the recruiter and hiring manager told me about this.
