Assessing Amazon offer: L6 Product Manager, Technical NYC

Hi all, I received an offer for an L6 role - technical product manager in the NYC office. I have 8 yoe. Is this a solid offer for Amazon all things considered? Thank you. Base: $180k Y1 bonus: $130k Y2 bonus: $100k 175 RSUs

That base is the top range of NYC salary.

Seems very good, PMT usually is -1 pay range compared to SDE level
