I have recently interviewed with them and thinking it went well but didn’t receive any formal offer. Just wanted to see if there are any red flags I needed to consider. Blind comments seems to be unanimously negative and Glassdoor somewhat positive. TC - 155k New TC - NA
Can you pls share any references to blind comments which were “unanimously” negative? Just curious how I missed those.
I’m pretty happy here. There’s definitely good and bad things, and I feel like the organisation is still learning things (around engineering) that other companies had figured out from the start, so it’s a bit painful if you get into it expecting these things, but we *are* improving.

I remember at an all hands, Tony Detter quoted Winston Churchill to a room partly filled with a bunch of Indians or people of Indian descent. He flew into the New Jersey office just to fire a well-liked VP. He didn’t greet anyone in the office, just flew in to fire someone and flew out. Then he closed the SF and NJ office thinking those employees would relocate to Nashville. That guy is literally the worst.

How did the interviews go for you? Like we’re your interviewers engaging and we’re they conducted well?
I just withdrew from a loop for the soluto team because the interviewer/interview were rough in a bad way
Most of the soluto employees have been let go , you might dodged a bullet
