You are earning a lot doing something you like. Don’t make a change due to envy of other’s stock-inflated TC numbers. If you WANT to work at a FANG company because you love what they do, by all means, start prepping and working toward interviews. If you like where you are and want to get paid more, getting offers as leverage could help, too. Bottom line, some FANGs would pay you more, but amazon wouldn’t intentionally.
