Expecting SWE early career offer from one of the software companies based in Atlanta. What should typically be the salary expectations for this role based on cost of living there? TC: 0k, 2.5 YOE Thanks!
Companies don't typically pay based on cost of living. They pay based on cost of labor. They're generally correlated but increases to cost of labor usually lag increases to cost of living.
