Are there any recruiting companies (headhunters) based in Atlanta that don't start you off at $46k per year from the get-go or do a commission against draw?
The vertical (military transition recruiting) is undergoing a LOT of changes lately. Non profits, the military itself, and corporations are recruiting on their own without 3rd party recruiters anymore. The money just isn't there for the industry.
Not like it used to be 20+ years ago when 3rd party recruiting for military transitioners was solely how corporations got white collar talent.

That is how sales works. Recruiting is sales. If you are concerned of the draw, you may need to ask whether you have concerns of doing the job well.
