My final round was insane and had virtually nothing to do with the job description (non-technical role) or my previous interviews with the hiring manager or recruiter. It obviously wasn’t me because they’ve updated the description twice and the role is still open six months later. Also have had agency recruiters reach out to me about it. It really soured me on applying there again. Plus they’d just done a reorg. I’m fine with ambiguity but it was a super confusing experience and waste of my time.

They are hard because they discriminate and disrespect. I am ex employee, did around 50 interviews while working for them. Once I had interview when there was lady, and everyone liked her. In debrief manager said he likes her as well, but they only started hiring and hesitant hiring the first person out there. So they rejected her. It's shitlassian, and everything is shit in this shit hole. You're lucky

I also interviewed last week for a PM role. They kept questioning my assumptions and drilling deep during the product sense interview.

  • I haven't work at atlassian myself, but I had some experience working with people from atlassian. Bottom half at best, when it comes to skills, unique snowflakes personality wise. So IMO, if you're company with low requirements and good perks you have the option to choose people based on like/dislike.

Don't worry, op. There are so many better places to work
