Audible SDE II - time to bail?
So I was reviewing my financials for 2019 and the total amount of $$$ I got was around $170,000 inclusing my amazon atock grant for the year which I sold. Now I am no expert but judging from the posts here that seems kind of low? I have been at Audible for a few years now and have always had great reviews. Has anyone had any luck successfully renogiating a pay raise during the upcoming review season or is it time to leetcode and bail. Overall, I have seen a lot of attribution at Audible in general not sure whats going on there.

Seems low given you should be near 220K for SDE 2 for SF/NY market

depends on how you define recent but been an SDE II for about 2 years
time to switch, your comp is too low
