Probably around 100 TC. Between ESPP and bonus and everything you can usually add 30% minimum (base 10% for each, expected discount is 15%, bonus gets multiplied for individual and company performance, and stock growth). Aka my guess is 80 base and 20ish added on

Iβd say 150-190 TC based on your negotiation. Iβm not a data engineer, but T24 level at 190+ TC in Austin (without appreciation, my offer is back from dec/jan 2021)
