I don’t think donating money will do anything. Fires will continue to happen as they have. The risk is the wood framed homes people build out in the bush. They’re sitting ducks. 90% of home losses happen from raining down embers that are pulled up into the smoke plumes by the hot up draft. That’s why one fire can easily start a dozen other fires many miles down wind. Sucks about the animals. But what is money going to do to stop it?
Not much to stop it. A lot to alleviate the damage and help the ones that are suffering
Donations won't stop the bush fires but it will help the thousands of people who lost their possessions and their homes. Also will help the animal hospitals that are dealing with the hurt animals
I read about the arsonists who started many of them. Perhaps you can advocate for stricter laws?
Stricter laws wont stop people from breaking them. Also a lot of arsonists suffer from a compulsion to set fires...even when faced with a life sentence, they're still going to light those fires.
Well...if you put an arsonist in jail won’t that stop that person from starting future fires?

Enraged that kids prefer KPop to Bollywood. Installed cams in their rooms.
I donated to the Steve Irwin foundation - https://wildlifewarriors.org.au/donate/ Can’t think of a better foundation with whom i would trust putting my money to save some wild animals.
