Autodesk RSU refresh
Hi folks, Thank you in advance for answering my questions ( for mid-management level (manager/sr etc)): 1. Can someone please share their experience on how much Autodesk normally offers as annual RSU refresher during annual appraisal? 2. What is the average % increase annually? 3. Do they normally pay 100% of the bonus percentage? 4. How easy have folks been able to switch to other tech companies from Autodesk later on in their career? Thanks again!
1. there’s no such thing as refreshers, all up to manager discretion. 2. % increase is like 2-3%. 3. Yea 100% is normal. 4. Switching is fine. There’s no bad rep. You can get an interview anywhere.
Thanks. The hiring manager told me there are yearly rsu given as part of annual appraisal for the position.
RSUs are not done as part of the focal review - they happen a bit later in the cycle.
