    RSUs and Options (split 50/50, using Black–Scholes to estimate options value) are based on your salary and 5-year vesting (which supposedly is switching to 20% vest each year starting in 2022). Bonus is a percentage based on your title (which typically increases 5% with each promotion level once you’re at a bonus-eligible level). Levels.fyi gives you a good sense of what that looks like by level.
