What is the average comp for UX Architects (or Architects in the UX org) at Salesforce? Is it different than Architects in the engineering org?
Wtf is a UX architect. First time hearing of this role.
Lol
We use architect as a combo term for ux designers and ux researchers. Based in Denver, most of the team is in DC
There are a lot of Architects in the UX org. The UX org seems to be on a different pay scale than the main engineering org in T&P.
Really? How many? I’ve only met a few...
It’s same as principal
No, a UX architect is the current highest IC role at Salesforce. It maps to the same level as Sr Director - TC is comparable.
PMTS - Architect - principal architect - distinguished engineer are all IC roles that do not require people management. What's the difference between UX architect and architect is beyond my understanding.
