I have mental health issue now and the worst manager I have ever met (I have met several good managers at my past company)
Blame culture, no transparency, no internal mobility, worst infrastructure I have ever seen, stressed colleague..
and yes, I believe that there are things that are more important than tc (which is not that good, if you work same hours in different company, and put same effort, you will definitely get promoted)
