Axon SDM comp
I have received an offer for SDM role at Axon. Any idea what I can push for in terms of TC? Any tips on what I should ask the recruiter in terms of refreshers or bonus etc.? I am expecting a potential offer from Nordstrom as well. But I don't think they pay well. But of all the interviews I did in my career, Nordstrom interviewers are quite good. Very courteous, made you feel comfortable and are quite passionate about their company. IMHO I also have final loop lined up for LivePerson, Oracle, Clari and CommerceHub. Appreciate your comments. Interview process is not easy. Good for practice if you want.
I am for SDE so assuming standard process with coding screen and 4-5 onsites
The company has the worst work culture with 50% staff from Amazon. So you can imagine the work culture and work life balance. Pay is very less as compared to market value. Managers are always micro-managing. The growth of engineers is very very less around 1 person getting promoted each year in the teams of 50 people. Avoid this company if you have counter offer or regret it later. That gave amazon SDM as their VP of the company 😂
Recruiter says 320 TC. I told him it's less than my current TC and the conversation didn't go further.
Lol.. thats super low for SDM role… and I thought Axon pays well
