Azure Core Offer - Please help!!

Hi Blinders. I needed some guidance. I have an offer from Azure Core in azure arc team. I wanted to know how is the team and how is the work? And how is the culture?
Also I have been working on mostly api driven designs, will it be a domain shift and is the choice good for long term?
