India team is a disaster. A lot of people left 6 months back.

Azure Networking is a disaster. The VP and his 3 distinguished engineers that run the org are deceptive, liars and empire builders. None has ever run a complex enterprise network. They’ve hired PhD folks who abuse Arista to tell them about basic stuff like system plane and management plane. Nothing is automated and vendors are slave driven to make up for the FTE failures. Shitty org with nepotism and lies. Expect to be constantly on call and be blamed for not making so called automation work which the leaders in the org sold via demos to become partners and DE. Complete sham for an org. Read related threads on Tycoon and Azure Dedicated where networking failed the company big time due to the incompetence of its leadership.
Damn. I got an interview request for Azure Networking, glad I never interviewed. Why do they abuse Arista though?
