Asking for my wife since she is considering an Automation/Data engineer role with their Data Center Group.
* How's the WLB and WFH flexibility in general?
* Company culture and growth opportunities
* Compensation and benefits?
She is yet to receive an offer. Will post those details after receiving.

Wfh- it's the norm during covid. No idea what will happen after.
Wlb- depends on the team, but, big concern would be required interaction with teams in EMEA or AP (mostly China). Don't be shocked by 9:30 pm meetings in a day with 8:30am meetings...
Culture - after a year of wfh... It's hard to say.
Growth - this could be good. After years of cutting we may have started being profitable. If it persists, it'll be good. If not, hold on tight, going to be a bumpy ride.
Comp - fine for rtp.
Benefits - decent. 6% match for 401k, and the usual suspects for insurance
