Profit sharing at Epic Games?

Can we get some numbers? Pre Fortnite and now? Is this paid out yearly, like a bonus? Interested in this since Epic is private and does not offer RSU

    ATM it's quarterly bonus, pretty regular. My TC last year was double my base.

      I'm honestly not sure how salary is different between HQ and Bellevue, or how tied to base bonuses are. My base is decent for Seattle area. I could earn more by going to Google, Facebook, Uber, etc, but pay is better than a lot of places here. Perks are a huge part of the package, health insurance is worth a ton, no copay or deductable. Company really takes care of you, makes you feel welcome and part of the family. It would be really hard for me to work elsewhere with a higher base because of how much I like it here.
