I had on-site round and the hr was supposed to reach out within a few days. It has already been a week. Tried calling in but the hr won’t pick up the phone or reply to the emails. I went to workday to check the status and didn’t find the req I was interviewed for. Good thing or bad thing.

I wouldn’t think too much of it. Could have expired. Could have been that they have enough applicants in the pool and don’t want to accept any more applications. Could mean they feel good about a hand few of people, including you. Just keep applying and trucking along! Good luck.

  • Doesn’t mean anything. LinkedIn would do this too. They’d open req for 5 days, interview folks, then reopen req. they do this because it makes the job look new and fresh for job posting sites.

Assume the worst, hope for the best. It doesn't hurt to stay in touch in a reasonable manner.
