The team wants to move forward with an offer. It's an E6 role and the recruiter says The RSUs and target Bonus are 1200 (number) and 11% respectively. This is fixed for E6. YoE - 5. He's asking for Base expectation. What is a good number for an E6. This is for Bay Area location. Again, current TC shouldn't matter.

Yes they are fixed for a particular level.. and RSU refresh would be ~50% of your initial grant
