I wish people/managment at work would at least acknowladge what it going on in America and how it can affect our work.
Do you feel this should be discussed at work at least a little bit? #BLM

You're free to protest all you want outside work.
everyone has to have an opinion on every decision and gets really mad when upper management disagrees. Fb easily had the most toxic culture. Not because of how the managers acted or what they encouraged, but because of all the engineers inflated egos
- Black people are dealing with a lot of trauma right now. They are seeing violence against Black people and dealing with hearing racists spout nonsense. We should all be sensitive to how that effects work. We're also seeing how a huge number of higher ups at companies hold racist views. (See comments on here, Fishbowl, and LinkedIn)
- The Supreme Court just outlawed firing people for being LGBT+ under the same law that gave women equal rights in the work place.
- ⅓ of the posters of Blind are or were Indians working on a visa
- Politics sets the rules that make the companies you work for possible. Where would any of the tech companies be without intellectual property?
It's just absurd and naive to think you can have this simple world where you can choose to allow politics.
