Lyft Offer

Have an offer from Lyft T4: 150/90/0

I live in a very high COL area in Colorado and make more than this as we speak. Lyft says this is market rate, waiting to hear back but this is so far off Levels.fyi I am questioning if I am being lowballed or just burned by levels? What should I expect after I asked if they could work with me and bring that up?

Side note, I actually want to work there after the interview / team matching loop and would be willing to move to Seattle or NYC, if that’s even possible. Where I live now is slightly more expensive than Seattle so it would be a huge pay bump if you think levels is accurate.
