BNY Mellon Comp expectation for Principal Architect, Pune
I have been interviewing for Principal Solution Architect role at BNYM pune and they want to make an offer. Haven't received the offer yet. What would be a reasonable range? YOE: 13 Current TC: 50LPA Other offers: Morgan Stanley Bangalore VP role: 58LPA TC verbal offer, declined.

I am a Senior Software Engineer (1 level below Principal Engineer) @ BNYM YOE: 14 Fixed: 50L Bonus: (~5L ... 10% is the norm but not mentioned anywhere officially) Since Principal is one level above my role, I can expect about 60L fixed.
