Got reached out by this startup in Canada called Harness - some sort of CI/CD pipeline company.

Now I don’t know much about the company but they seem to be offering around 230K in salary and about 30K units of stock. The company is not IPO yet.

Currently, I am at faang and doing good and leading teams. However, role at harness would be IC.

Should I drool on the salary and stock numbers and give it a go or continue at faang? #harness#software #engineering

    We use the product. And I honestly loathe it. I really question my upper management that went on contract with them without full on tool evaluation. It’s buggy and a lot of features are being written to support our use cases.

    Lol all these comments are either directors / execs / vps trying to sway you.
    All I'm going to say is take a good look at the blind reviews and filter out the ones that are clearly hr or fabricated.

    Harness has one of the lowest churn rates even among the top 1% of SaaS companies. Please stop spreading misinformation. Any current Harness employee can verify this.

      I am a current Harness employee. After cross checking with Customer Support and Finance, I can verify that churn rate is 15%. This is not misinformation.

    I am also a Harness employee from Bangalore. Company is very transparent about financial details and this is shared in every all hands. Nobody has to check with CS or finance teams for these numbers. The churn rate mentioned above is fabricated.
