Starting a loop at Plaid for PM role. Any ideas of what is the comp range (base + equity)?

Hi OP. It’s really hard to give an accurate example without knowing level. But my comp is about 70% cash, 30% equity. I’m still bullish on plaid so happy with my equity but also happy that my base is enough to make me feel comfortable during volatile times

What makes you bullish on Plaid? New 13.4b valuation was near the peak of the Fintech surge and since then companies like Square and PayPal have been corrected. ARR is approx 200M based on public info from 2020.

Really depends on level and how you interview. But you shouldn’t have any issue increasing your current compensation. We have an awesome PM team so hope you join us!

I did ask but that's all I got from the recruiter. Just that there'll be one coding problem and you'll be judged on correctness, efficiency, cleanliness, and test cases. Couldn't find any interview experiences on leetcode and the Glassdoor ones are not that helpful.

Not sure whether this will be something like a LC question or designing a CRUD app

More like design an API usually, make sure you have your environment set up with some basic API functions and simple unit tests.
