EB1 approved while on pending c8 asylum . Please advice on i485 application

I am on a pending asylum c8 category. We entered on B1/B2 tourist visa and my HB applied for asylum before our i94 expired (less thsn 180 days after entering the US). Never worked without authorization and did not violate anything. I got approved for EB1 and I am wondering if I have no bars to apply for i485? I would appreciate the advice from ppl who went through the same thing (or any i485 adjustment based off employment (eb1/e 2/eb3) being on a pending asylum case). Thanks in advance!
