Back End Engineers needed to make epic mid-core to core games!

At King in Seattle & San Francisco, we’re not making match 3’s, we’re crafting genre defining mid-core to core mobile games... and needing a few talented Back End Engineers/Developers to join us!
I can’t seem to garner a lot of response. Tips, tricks, interest?
(As a reminder, we’re part of the Activision Blizzard family, and are making some pretty cool stuff with them as well! 😎)

Mid-core would be something closer to resource management games like Clash of Clans, and core is a pretty untouched area of mobile... so likely a lot of “real” games we haven’t yet seen before in mobile.
We’re also partnering with papa Activision and Blizzard to make some other truly cool stuff!
