Applied for a multitude of positions with Bank of America with no luck yet. Currently under review/in progress for two positions with BofA but haven't been reached out to by a recruiter yet. is BofA slowing down hiring or on a hiring freeze? Both positions are in Charlotte, NC. I appreciate any feedback or any help to assist me in securing a position with the company. Thank you. External hiring is not frozen but there is a strong push to fill as many roles as possible with internal candidates.

they don't have money for employees, they are donating 1 billion to BLM.
You have to reach out to recruiters personally to get your app looked at in the bank. They just love internal hires to be honest. Hard to get in but once you’re in, you can be there forever.
Did you get your Mgr blessing to apply for new role? Recruiter typically calls your manager first before extending offer.
