Base ranges are pretty broad. For IC4 (Principal) it’s something like 110-198k.
JD says mid-senior level (7-10 years of exp) but title is TPM. Any clue on base/stock/RSUs/sign-in bonus breakdown? This is in OCI division.

IC4 TPM is $180K
Can TPM be at IC4 or has to be senior TPM or Principal TPM title with that range?

They’re all TPM. IC5 is “senior principal” IC4 is “principal” IC3 is “senior” All the bands have overlap. Offers will vary based on your experience and negotiation skills (or lack thereof).
What level?
Not sure, haven't talked about it. JD says mid-senior level (7-10 years of exp). Would it be possible to know in generic sense? Btw, I have over 9 years of exp.
